“The Expanded Class is a 90 minute hot class that uses the foundation of Bikram yoga to introduce new postures and develop additional yoga skills. It is an accessible and fun class that focuses on teaching posture technique. No advanced skills are required.”
Jasmine has been teaching for 12 years in 30+ countries. She leads trainings for e84 Yoga and Jedi Fight Club, and loves to work with both teachers-to be and yogis who want to dive into their personal practice. Jasmine competed for many years and is the 2019-21 Canadian champion. She travels most of the year for yoga trainings and events.

12-13.30 Workshop: Half Moon Backbend, Standing Bow, Strengthening Series
18-19.30 Expanded 26&2 class: backbends and shoulder mobility
Day 2. Saturday 15th of November
10.30-12.00 Workshop: Half Moon Sidebend, Standing Head to Knee, Stretching
15-16.30 Expanded 26&2 class: abdominal strength and hamstrings
18-19:30 Yin Class
Day 3. Sunday 16th of November
In this workshop, you’ll enhance strength and stability through targeted drills and postures-building the endurance and conditioning to take your practice further.
11-12.30 Workshop: Standing Separate Leg Stretching, Triangle, Standing Separate Leg Head to Knee
15-16.30 Expanded 26&2 class: hip work and intro to forearm balancing
