Looking to slow down, stretch deeper, and truly unwind? Yin Yoga is the perfect balance to your regular Bikram practice. In this gentle, non-heated class, we focus on long-held, passive postures that target the body’s deep connective tissues – especially around the hips, spine, and lower back – helping to increase flexibility, mobility, and circulation.
Unlike the intensity of a hot yoga class, Yin offers a calming, meditative space to release tension and reset. You’ll hold each posture for several minutes, allowing the body to open naturally and the mind to settle. It’s an excellent way to support your Bikram practice by working with the same muscle groups in a slower, more introspective way.
Expect a comfortably warm room (not hot), dim lighting, and a peaceful atmosphere. You’ll leave feeling grounded, open, and deeply restored.
