As Luxembourg’s first Bikram yoga studio, we offer the original hot yoga sequence: 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises practiced in a heated room to detoxify, strengthen, and deeply stretch your body. This powerful series is suitable for everyone – no matter your age, experience, or athletic background. When you give 100% effort with the right technique, you'll receive 100% of the benefits.
