
Teens Sports Yoga
We no longer run a dedicated teen-only class, but teens aged 12 and over are welcome to join any of our regular classes. All sessions are designed to be accessible for beginners, while still offering options to challenge those with more experience. A regular yoga practice can help improve posture, build strength, increase flexibility, support better concentration, and bring calmness through breathwork and mindful movement — valuable tools for managing stress and anxiety.
For students under 18, we offer a special Drop-In rate of €15, available for purchase directly at the studio.
